Landscaping Mulch Hardscape Hagerstown MD Williamsport MD Washington County MD with Grosh's Lawn Service

Proper landscaping and using the correct amount of topsoil and mulch is critical in the success of any landscape project in Hagerstown MD Sharpsburg MD Williamsport MD and Washington County MD.

A thin piece of flat hardscape was used to separate the mulch from the wood on this landscape project which lead to a complete failure in Williamsport MD.

The mulch and topsoil should have never been put this deep and up against any wood siding on the screened porch.

The depth of the soil and mulch made access to the crawl space very very difficult.

Grosh's Lawn Service removed all the mulch and we also removed the plants and the excess soil which lead to this major problem.

We dropped the depth of the bed by over 14"!

The soil and mulch was so deep the access could not be made to crawl space under screened porch without digging out soil and mulch away from wood panel.

Reinstalling access panel was next to impossible because of the amount of mulch and soil that would keep falling back down into opening.

Could you imagine removing this panel to gain access to the crawl space?
