Are Lawn Treatments on Your Fall To-Do List?
Jump start lawn treatments this Fall to have the best lawn on the block in 2016.

Is your lawn filled with weeds? Do you have thin and spindly grass taking over your backyard? Do you dream of having a lush and lovely lawn like the one shown above?

Now is the time to treat your lawn and ensure that it is in perfect shape for the Spring of 2016. Yes, that's right, a beautiful lawn next Spring means starting now. Proper planning is required for a lush, healthy, thick lawn next year!

Fall lawn treatments are the most beneficial for your lawn. While your lawn begins preparing for winter by storing food and nutrients in its root system, it is important to feed it what it wants. This promotes the health of the grass plants, and ensures they will be ready to grow lush and green early next spring.

The Grosh's Lawn Service team is available to get your lawn back on track while you enjoy your free time with family and friends.

Contact Tom today to learn more about fall lawn treatments; give him a call at 301-842-0062 or email him atTom@GroshsLawnService.com.

Remember, one call can do it all!
Tree and Shrub Care

A sawfly infestation caused severe damage to our Hagerstown, MD client's home. Our customers were away for only three days and when they returned, they saw severe damage to their trees.

As you see in the video, thousands of sawflies were eating the trees to their death.

Kill Those Bugs
On Your Cats and Dogs

Flea and tick preventative is imperative for keeping you and your pets happy and healthy. Did you know that not only are fleas itchy and suck you and your pets’ blood but they also can transmit diseases (including Lyme Disease, Bartonella, and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever) from animals to people?

Regular flea and tick preventative will keep you and your pets safe and comfortable as well as help relieve allergies, hot spots, skin infections, tapeworms, and Erlichia in your four-legged family members!

Fleas and ticks can survive all year although ticks are most prevalent in early spring and late fall.

While fleas and ticks are a nuisance, the good news is that they are easily controlled on your pets through the diligent use of flea and tick preventative year-round. The preventatives come in both topical and oral forms that last anywhere between 4 and 12 weeks. Make sure whichever product you and your veterinarian select is labeled for the appropriate species (cat or dog) and weight category to prevent dangerous side effects.

Enjoy this upcoming fall season and make it more enjoyable for your pets by keeping up to date on that flea and tick preventative!
