The spring house wall for the spring overflow had deteriorated beyond repair at this farm here in Clear Spring MD. The concrete block had given away to time, moisture and the weather so total wall replacement was needed. All the old block was removed and a new footer was poured along with adding concrete and rebar inside the concrete block wall to help reinforce the new wall. We removed the large landscape stones over top the spring channel to remove all the bad blocks and we reinstalled the landscape stone to finish off this spring wall rehabilitation here in Washington County MD.
