Privacyscaping Privacy Screening As the building lots get smaller here in Washington County Maryland homeowners are looking for privacyscaping to help screen their property so they can enjoy time on the deck, patio and swimming pool. One of the popular privacy screen evergreens that is used here in Hagerstown MD is the Leyland Cypress which can offer privacy screening but comes with some issues.
