We currently offer year-round property management for our out-of-state clients who have summer homes in Washington County, and care during the winter months for locals who want to take some time away from the cold temperatures. We can provide a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly walk-through of your home to inspect for malfunctions in your heating, cooling and plumbing, and to detect any other unforeseen problems. We will send you a report by e-mail once each walk-through is complete.
