 New grass seed can be disturbed by dogs walking on the wet soil, humans walking on soil, and dogs rough housing on the new grass and is not covered by any warranty.

 Dogs should not be allowed pee on the new grass as this will hinder the growth of new grass seed and cause bare spots in germination if the grass dies.

 Caution should be used when walking, moving sprinkler and cleaning up dog waste as this will disturb the soil and remove the new grass seed with the dog waste or push the seed from area causing bare spots.
