Fall Black Mulch Hagerstown MD Washington County MD Williamsport MD

On this landscape project we completed weed control and bed edging first before we laid Black Dyed Mulch for our clients rental property here in Hagerstown MD.

When the landscape beds were edged we remove the soil and grass from edging from the landscape beds. There is over an 75% chance that the grass edged out from edging will regenerate in the landscape bed if left in the bed and covered with mulch!

We also sprayed all the weeds in the bed before mulching with Black Dyed Mulch. This allows for an over 95% kill versus a 100 % weed regeneration if the weeds were pulled by hand here in Washington County MD.

The soil was very dry and tight in all the landscape beds so the weed pulling would have been a waste of our clients money and with terrible end results.
