The reason all the shrubs have to be removed is there is a serious weed, grass and wild vine issue and all the plants have wild plants growing at there bases making weed control impossible.

Quackgrass and wild morning glory are everywhere through the landscape beds and grow up through all the shrubs and flowers.

Proper time will be needed to makes sure all the weeds, Morning Glory and Quackgrass are gone before replanting any flowers or shrubs.
