Hi Mr. Grosh,
Jim and I have had a couple of whirlwind days with regards to Jim's visit to neurosurgeon. To make a long story short, it is now time for Jim to have a "repair job" on the cervical vertebrae (neck) and he is scheduled for surgery on Tuesday, 9/24.
We are so grateful we talked to you at the Home Show and in getting a consultation/estimate for yard work that we needed help with. With your assistance, Jim has been able to get to the most healthy and stable condition to undergo this needed surgery.
Thanks does not seem enough, but we are so thankful our paths crossed!
