that wonderful time of the year again when the summer heat breaks and
cool, crisp air sweeps in, hinting at the arrival of fall. Of course,
as we move into the most active gardening season, it's essential to

We
want to thank you and your crew from the bottom of our hearts. We’ve
been taking care of Ron’s parents since the middle of May, trying to
get my father-in-law’s foot healed from a nasty diabetic wound, and
now, prostate cancer treatments. You have no idea how relieved I am
when we get home on Thursdays from one treatment or another and know
that the lawn has already been taken care of. Initially, it was a bit
of a hard sell to Ron, but we are both happy with the decision to hire
you and your crew. I’m sure you hear it when you do something not to a
client’s satisfaction (I’ve spent MANY years in customer service, so I
am aware), so I only thought it necessary for you to hear it when your
customers are grateful. Please pass our thanks to the men and women who
make up our wonderful crew.
