We hope you have a wonderful Easter weekend! At this time of year, we reflect on the greatest gift to mankind, and we encourage you to take a moment each day to enjoy what our Creator has blessed us with by appreciating the wonderful outdoors!
And speaking of the outdoors, we look forward to helping you make your outdoor space a wonderful green gathering oasis for you and your loved ones — send us an email and we’ll get the ball rolling, then you can sit back and imagine all the wonderful memories you’ll make in your yard this year.
Time to kick off the season with a focus on lawncare — April is National Lawn Care Month, and lucky for you, it’s what we do best. There are lots of things that make lawns look a little rough around the edges, and we know just what to do about them. From weeds to bare spots and all those pesky things in between, we’ll make sure your lawn is in great shape for the warm months ahead. If any of these are ringing a bell, it’s time to give us a call:
Don’t let weeds make you crabby! We can get rid of them for you, but it’s important to tackle this one before those weeds get out of control and take over your lawn. Don’t let your crabgrass go to seed and spread from your lawn to your landscape beds and the flowers beds. Especially when you have Grosh’s Lawn Service here to help.
Less than Lush Lawn?
Not on our watch! If your lawn needs some filling in, get on our schedule ASAP — grass seeding and successful germination is all about timing, and right now, we’re scheduling out these types of lawn repairs for mid-May. We can get your lawn in touch-football shape before you know it.
Mother’s Day Landscape Makeover Treat your mom to a different kind of makeover this Mother’s Day, May 9, 2021! A landscape makeover from Grosh’s Lawn Service is the gift that keeps on giving, including:
lovely new garden beds
healthy green lawns
We’ll start with a landscape enhancement consultation to plan it all out, and then we’ll schedule the project promptly. It’ll put a smile on her face, and she’ll be reminded of how much you love her every time she sees it.
Shrub Trimming This time every year, there’s a bit of confusion about what shrubs to trim and, more importantly, when to trim them. Prune them at the wrong time, and you cut off next year’s bloom. Well, we don’t want that to happen to you and your shrubs, so give us a shout! Our team is trained to take care of your spring-blooming shrubs like lilac, azalea, forsythia, and rhododendron so you can enjoy them year after year.
Landscape Bed Maintenance There’s all sorts of lawn and garden maintenance that, yes, you can do yourself, but why? Let us do it for you, so all you have to do are the yard activities you actually enjoy. We’ll stay on top of all of the important things like weeding, fertilizing, and edging — trust us to know what to do and when to do it. Let us remove all of the uncertainty and headaches from your lawn care.
Mulching We’ve begun seasonal mulching at our clients’ residential and commercial properties, and WOW do they look beautiful (if we do say so ourselves)! And more importantly, our clients agree. Proper mulching not only keeps the soil moist and the weeds down, it sets off your garden beds perfectly and frames your landscape. Plus, there’s no sweeter scent in the garden than fresh mulch. (Possibly roses, but mulch is a close second.)
We’re so glad we could help you get your yard ready for the season, Stephanie and Perry!
“We had a very good experience. Mr.Grosh showed us what he thought needed to be done and listened to our ideas for the grounds clean up. He and his crew came as soon as the weather permitted, worked to trim shrubs and small trees in the yard, and cleaned up the entire area. When they were finished, he showed us what they had done. They will be back to mulch — it's lovely to have everything ready for the spring!”
