Tom Grosh Founder / Owner Grosh’s Lawn Service Lawncare Corner We’ve put the lawns to rest for the winter season, so we are not actively mowing and fertilizing at the moment, but if you’d like to get onto our mowing and lawncare schedule when the weather warms up, give us a ring now! Landscape Spotlight Mulching If the mulch in your landscape beds is getting a little thin or you’re seeing bare soil, please let us know! Now is the time to mulch around your trees, shrubs, and smaller plants to help protect their roots during the winter. Call us and we’ll make some Christmas magic happen for you! Weeding Let’s take advantage of this slower time in the garden by tackling any weed issues you may have. We’ll get those weeds out so they don’t go to seed and cause more issues for you next year. Email us and we’ll get you on our schedule. Landscape and Leaf Cleanup By now, you’ve probably noticed that most of the trees have dropped their leaves and your perennials have died back. With your holiday gatherings right around the corner, you’ll want to have your yard looking tidy and cleaned up. We can help you with the following: Cutting back your perennials Removing leaves Tidying up the garden Please let us know as soon as possible if you need this service! We get booked solid pretty quickly this time of year, and we want to allow plenty of time for you and your landscape.  Landscape Design Winter is the preferred time to plan next year’s garden! We have access to the best plants and materials when it’s time for planting in the spring, so let’s meet up over some hot chocolate and get started! Tree Services Tree Removal Oh goodness, don’t wait until that tree blows over to give us a holler! If you have an old, dying tree, let’s be proactive and remove it before it topples over and causes a lot of damage. We know how to remove large trees safely; just leave it to us so you can enjoy your yard without worry. Tree Trimming Have you ever noticed that in the winter when the trees have dropped their leaves, you can see branches and the tree’s form much better? That’s what makes this the ideal time to spot unhealthy growth, dead limbs, and any other potential problems. Schedule your tree work now and we’ll tackle your tree trimming, thinning, and limbing up.  Cleanout Services Gutter Cleaning If your gutters are clogged with leaves or tree branches and twigs, water won’t drain out of them very well—and when those temperatures dip, your gutters could freeze! Good thing you know us. We can handle that for you so you’re not perched on a ladder, wishing you were doing anything else but cleaning a gutter. Garage, Basement, and Shed Cleanout You know all of that junk in the garage, basement, or shed? All of those things you don’t need or want anymore are simply taking up valuable space. We’ll help you sort through it, determine what can be donated to the local Salvation Army thrift store, and what needs to be thrown out.
