Did you know that you can lesson the chance of frost penetration with FALL MULCHING?


Fall Mulching also helps keep the soil from freezing allowing the plants roots to use the moisture in the soil and having the moisture available when the plants need moisture (if soil is not frozen).


Volcano mulching is NOT an acceptable practice in the landscape Industry.

By placing mulch up like a volcano it causes the roots of the plant to grow up and above the soil line which will cause an early death of the tree or plant and could cause the roots to grow around tree or shrub.


Mulch is not to touch the trunk of the plant to avoid all kinds of issues.
