Shrub & Tree Trimming and Thinning in Hagerstown, MD
It’s that time of year to
trim up and shape up! I’m talking about your trees and shrubs. Now is the
time to schedule your fall trimming and thinning of trees and shrubs!
A tree left to grow and
neglected is like planting a garden and not weeding or watering!
Now that most of the leaves have fallen the limbs will be bare and allow for proper selection of removal of any limbs to thin the tree of limbs crossing each other.
All trees and shrubs need pruning/trimming at some point in their life. This allows the tree or shrub to maintain the proper shape and balance and not have drooping limbs or branches.
Trimming of shrubs allows the shrubs to maintain the proper size for the area they are located and to help maintain proper growth on the entire shrub.
The tree below looked OK to the customer, but after explaining the tree was in declining health the customer listened to our suggestion and had had us remove the tree.
This is what the inside of the tree looked liked after we cut it down.
All tree work completed by a MD Licensed Tree Expert.
Any dead wood (dead limbs) on the trees or shrubs should be removed.
Topping of trees is NOT is an acceptable practice.
Topping of trees causes stress, disease, can lead to sunburn, creates hazards, makes a tree look ugly and in the long run if you would just remove the tree and plant a new variety of tree that is suited for the right spot and right place everybody wins especially nature!
Your trees and shrubs need Grosh’s loving care from time to time to remove dead branches (wood), trimming and thinning to allow for proper growth. So e-mail Tom at Tom@GroshsLawnService.com now or visit our web site at www.GroshsLawnService.com
