Yes, we are just beginning January but the Grosh's Lawn Service team is very busy getting all the trucks and trailers DOT inspected, so they are ready to go for the upcoming lawn care season. Plus, our trucks will be washed and waxed and fire extinguishers are placed in every vehicle inspected to help if the need should arise. In addition to truck and trailer upkeep, all the handheld equipment also requires service to make sure it is running at peak performance for the season. Want to learn more? Contact Tom to schedule your lawn care treatment program. WINTER DORMANT TREE TRIMMING AND THINNING Now is a great time to have your trees trimmed and thinned here in Hagerstown, Maryland. Now that we are in the midst of winter, trees are dormant. By trimming a dormant tree, we are able to see all of the limbs (since there are not leaves covering the limbs). Take advantage of limb visibility and schedule a tree trimming today. The new year is the perfect time to get organized and get a head start on your to-do list. SPRING CLEANUP Now is the time to schedule your March spring cleanup. Tom and the team will get all of the leaves, tree limbs, pine cones, trash, and other debris out of the lawn and landscape areas before spring actually arrives. It is important to complete your spring cleanup before the first crabgrass treatment. A clean lawn and landscape allows the crabgrass preventive treatment to remain effective throughout the season.
